|
The City’s expanded computer automation and I.T. systems reasonably require an expanded use of technical maintenance and support. To assist he the City’s sole I.T. staff member with the City’s broadening I.T. services, quotes for assistance were obtained from qualified I.T. consulting firms and LanInfo Tech was selected and approved as the City’s I.T. support firm in 2011. The Finance Department recommends continuation of consulting assistance from LanInfo Tech due to their demonstrated performance and detailed experience and knowledge of City systems acquired over the past 3 years. Hourly rates remain unchanged from their original selection by the City. |
